One of several beautiful, closely related snowdrops from the Caucasus, Galanthus lagodechianus – in superior forms such as this one – sends up numerous relatively large, clawed ‘drops with neat, singleton sinus marks. The lush, dark green leaves are flat-edged (rather than curled as in many galanthus). Montane/Modified continental; Caucasus. Zone 4.
